Important: Patients are expected to give 24 hours notice to cancel or rebook appointments. This helps to protect Physician’s and clinic’s valuable time. 

Clinic will charge $50 no show/short notice cancellation fee for appointments with Family drs and $100 fee for appointments with Specialists. You will not be offered further appointments unless you pay the fee.

Your cooperation will help the clinic to have short waiting times for patients who are in need of appointments and efficient operation of the clinic.
